Classic Kiwi Salad Dressing Recipe

Family Health Diary

The traditional Kiwi salad dressing is a kiwi favourite with sweetened condensed milk and vinegar.

Double the recipe if you want to use the whole tin of sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients:

½ tin condensed milk
½ tsp salt
½ cup DYC Malt Vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Allow to stand for a few minutes until mixture thickens.
  3. Keep refrigerated & use within 5 days.

Tip: Mixing the dry mustard into a small amount of the condensed milk before adding the other ingredients makes it easier to remove any small lumps.
