Cracked feet can develop verrucas and common warts and is often a challenging and uncomfortable problem.

Warts and verrucas are usually caused by an infectious virus which can enter the skin through cracks or abrasions.

They are highly contagious and often contracted in wet areas such as pools and communal showering facilities, making summer a particularly good season for wart growth.

IS IT A WART?
Verrucas (plantar warts) occur on the soles of the feet and tend to grow inwards rather than out. They resemble a flattened cone with a small black dot in the centre, and can become painful with walking.

Common warts, on the other hand, have a rough, raised, cauliflower-like appearance, which might appear on hands as well as feet.

SCHOLL FREEZE VERRUCA & WART REMOVER
Scholl Verruca & Wart Remover is an effective, easy-to-use treatment which rapidly freezes the verruca or wart.

It is clinically proven to be as effective as the liquid nitrogen freezing method used by health professionals.* One single treatment is usually sufficient. More stubborn or persistent verrucas or warts may require 2-3 additional applications.
