It’s hard to ignore a sore throat even when you know it’s not serious and bound to disappear in a few days. Sometimes you just have to alleviate that raw, scratchy feeling.
WHAT CAUSES A SORE THROAT?
When your throat plays up, it’s usually a signal for you to slow down.
A sore throat is typically a symptom of another illness, such as a cold or flu or allergy.
In most cases it’s caused by a viral infection and only takes three days to a week to clear up.
But other factors, too, can cause a sore throat. Overuse of the vocal chords and smoke inhalation can make swallowing difficult and leave the throat feeling scratchy and tender.
LOZENGE RELIEF
Both children and adults are affected by sore throats, sometimes requiring time off school and work.
Rest will heal your throat in time, but symptom relief can provide more immediate comfort.
SOOTHERS LIQUID CENTRES
SOOTHERS Liquid Centres are medicated lozenges with a pleasant fruit flavour that soothe dry sore throats, helping you feel better again.
SOOTHERS Liquid Centres contain tried and trusted ingredients like eucalyptus, menthol and vitamin C. They dissolve slowly to release a rich liquid centre that coats the throat and helps lessen discomfort.
